Documentation content and navigation updates. Expands the Linux/Windows overview pages by adding/reordering many Card entries for dedicated game server guides (e.g., Source/CS titles, Arma 3, HL2, etc.) and for service install guides (e.g., Coolify, n8n, Mastodon, etc.), improving discoverability.

Metadata and copy fixes across locales.
