Updates the wolfSSL build-options documentation by adding many previously undocumented preprocessor macros across crypto algorithms, TLS/DTLS behavior, platform integrations, and debugging.
Changes:
- Added documentation entries for a large set of configuration macros (DES/3DES, HMAC/HKDF, PKCS#7, RSA options, ASN/cert, DTLS/TLS 1.3, RNG, threading, performance, etc.).
- Reorganized a few documentation entries by removing some macro sections from their previous locations (with at least one reintroduced later under a different topic area).
- Expanded RNG-related documentation substantially (custom RNG hook example + many RNG/source macros).
