esri-geometry-api 2.x exports spatial reference as part of json, which we don't want. there is not easy way to make it not to include it, that is why we have to reimplement `asGeoJson`.

Update esri-geometry-api to v2.2.4 and reimplement
asGeoJsonsince new version produces undesirable result.
