Export NetworkMesh to XDMF

Use elementtree to write extra information that all processes need to xdmf information.

TODO:

• Add read function (dataclass)
• Store normal vector (orientation if Introduce orientation (replacing tangent) #12 is merged)

In general:

• Add radius function stored per element.
