Ensure BlogBook-Footer-Text.html is copied to output directory

The BlogBook-Footer-Text.html file is required at runtime but was not being copied to the build output directory, causing a "file not found" error as noted in the README.

This commit updates the VB-ExportFileFilterAndGenBook/BlogBackupToBook.vbproj file to include BlogBook-Footer-Text.html with CopyToOutputDirectory set to PreserveNewest. This ensures the file is available in the same directory as the executable.
