Custom weighting files are added ('FastestDynamicWeightingSIGMA' and 'AvoidEdgesWeightingSIGMA').
Added files for updating speed ('DataUpdaterSIgmaTest', 'RoadEntrySigmaTest'). DataUpdaterSIgmaTest uses a list of edges and update the speed of those edges.
An DataUpdaterSIgmaTest object is created in the main file 'MyImport_DataUpdater' and need to be used .
