[cli] Fix bugs and improve UI

Description

Fixes:

• rename DQS to connected data sources to align with console
• map iam users to fgac role as well, not just iam assume-roles
• fix describe domain command when there are more than 5 domains

UX improvements:

• start cli in interactive mode when invoking through install.sh
• default region to us-east-2 if absent
• prompt for yes/no before installing demo
• add animations when creating domain and pipeline
• make links clickable with osc 8
• add description in start message
