Add stamojo

A statistical computing library for Mojo, inspired by scipy.stats and statsmodels in Python.

Hi @forfudan , would you mind converting the icon from stamojo.png to image.jpeg. I think that's how images are detected to be shown on Modular website.

Thank you, @yetalit . Absolutely! I forgot this convention (last time I created the recipe for decimojo was long time ago).

It is now renamed as "image.jpeg".
