After installing MorphoDynamics, the model can be compiled by typing:

make -B

If compiling is successfull, the modle can be run with:

MorphoDynamX '--model' 'Model/Root/01 Root' '--addlibrary' 'usrLibRoot.so' Root_model.mdxv
