The CN page will absolutely need to be updated further, but it's important to remove links to the older request form since that will be very misleading after deployment.

@ezekiel It is preferable to use Crowdin to update translations. Once you have merged the updated English sources, they will be pulled automatically onto our translation platform. The Chinese translator is very responsive and keeps their translations up to date. They will update them soon. Otherwise, there is a risk of duplicate work. The only exception might be when only the URLs are being changed, but I can see changes to the text too. It's better to use the upstream community translation project hosted at Crowdin for such changes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
