Migrates the package from a legacy native module to a Turbo Module. We deliberately refrain from implementing backwards compatibility with the Legacy Architecture since React Native has removed support for the Legacy Architecture in 0.82 anyway. Keeping react-native-cloud-storage backwards compatible with the Legacy Architecture is therefore an unnecessary maintenance burden.
