Do the flow as part of configure.
Moved auth code to separate file and removed some cruft. Also added a dedicated auth command to refresh Oauth tokens without required reconfiguration.

client_secret is required in both supported flows now.

Replaced the manual process described in the README with a standard flow that runs a local server, pops a browser, and pulls the code from the callback URL. This now runs during the configure command. Also added a new auth command to run this ad-hoc whenever tokens expire.
