Resolution

• globals v16 -> v17
  • chagelog: https://github.com/sindresorhus/globals/releases/tag/v17.0.0
    (no need to migrate code)
• css-minimizer-webpack-plugin v7 -> v8
  • changelog: https://github.com/webpack/css-minimizer-webpack-plugin/releases/tag/v8.0.0
    (no need to migrate code)
• postcss-preset-env v10 -> v11
  • changelog: https://github.com/csstools/postcss-plugins/blob/main/plugin-packs/postcss-preset-env/CHANGELOG.md#1100
    • Support for Node 20.19.0 or later
    • emoved: commonjs API. In supported Node versions require(esm) will work without needing to make code changes.
