Pull request overview
Reworks the GitHub organization README to better reflect the infrastructure repository landscape by introducing clearer category groupings and adding newly created repositories.
Changes:
- Adds horizontal separators and reorganizes repositories into clearer top-level sections.
- Introduces a dedicated Infrastructure section with subcategories (Integration, Toolchains, Tooling & Tool Provision, Automation, Other).
- Adds multiple new infrastructure/tooling repositories to the listing.
