**About parsing helper overloads**: Some SDK model/helper APIs provide overloads that accept Gson types (for example, `fromJson(JsonObject)`) in addition to `fromJson(String)`. If a consumer compiles against Gson-typed overloads, Gson must be present on the compile classpath.
