Add a WPF Browser Appl (XBAP) example using the latest CefSharp.WPF package where the Cef.Initialize call fails with the IOException when attempting to resolve the Cef assemblies even with Resolver code added. The XBAP is configured to operate in Full Trust so should have access outside the sandbox and is configured for Any CPU as required by XBAP
