Remove sidebar project add cancel button

Summary

• Removed the separate Cancel button from the project add form in the sidebar.
• Updated the add-project icon button label to reflect the current state: Add project vs Cancel add project.
• Kept the existing toggle behavior so the same control now starts or cancels the project path entry flow.
