Add FRLG Pickup Farmer

This adds a program that farms low-level encounters while 4 Pickup mons (Meowth) are in your party and periodically moves their picked-up items to the bag. It can be performed while leading with a Pay Day user (Persian) to simultaneously farm money, but any Pokemon that can OHKO the level 2-5 encounters will work.

After running out of PP, Teleport is used to return to a PokeCenter and heal.

Setup:

• Text Speed: Fast
• Set your Teleport point to the Viridian City PokeCenter
• Have your Start Menu arrow hovering over "Pokedex" No longer necessary
• Lead mon that can OHKO low-level encounters (ideally with Pay Day)
  • should be fully evolved, or at least should not evolve by gaining XP
• 4 Pickup mons (missing any of these will not cause an error as long as you have a full party)
• a Teleport mon in the 6th party slot

The very first part of this will benefit from the start menu navigation PR that's open, so it probably makes sense to hold this until that's merged. EDIT: Start Menu navigation added!

Thanks for the review! Functions that include some kind of detection now have ways to attempt recovery and are hopefully more reliable.
