This is a chromium based browser extension that accesses the Urban Dictionary site and prompts requests as you would if you visited the site.

Navigate to a folder where you want to seve the project to.

Press
Ctrl+L, typecmdand pressEnterif you are using Windows or right-click and pressOpen in Terminalon Linux. -
Type
git clone https://github.com/Panosfunk/acronym-explainer.gitinside the command line and pressEnter. This will create a new folder with the project inside the directory you chose to open the command line to.
If Step 3 does not work then simple navigate to this git repository and download it as a zip. Extract it to a location you want to and continue from step 4.

Open your favorite chromium based browser and find a button called
Manage Extensions. -
Find the
Developer modeswitch and turn it on. (Usually located on the top right corner.) -
Find the
Load unpackedbutton. (Usually on the top left corner.) This will open a new window. Navigate to the directory where you previously cloned the project to, and click inside the project, then clickOK/Select. -
Congratulations! You have successfully installed the extension.
You can use this extension in 2 different ways.

Click on your extensions button inside the browser and type away lil bro.

Go to Calmly, type anything you wanna search, highlight it and right-click on it. You'll see an option there that says "Explain this Acronym". Click on it and watch the magic happen.
