Content: Added a new GraphNet sample extracted from uer/roberta-base-finetuned-cluener2020-chinese (token classification / NER). The extraction script is included at graph_net/test/uer_roberta_cluener_test.py, and the sample is stored under samples/transformers-auto-model/uer_roberta-base-finetuned-cluener2020-chinese. Local validation passed via python -m graph_net.torch.validate.
