Pre-release cleanup: TEE documentation, contracts, and integration tests

Description

This PR addresses several items from the open-source pre-release audit checklist.

Changes

• Hardcoded IP addresses — Verified and cleaned up any hardcoded IPs
• TEE documentation — Improved and updated the TEE README for clarity
• Smart contracts cleanup — Cleaned up contracts, verified make contracts-compile passes
• Private info removal — Audited multi-node scripts for any sensitive/private information
• Integration tests — Cleaned and documented local_tee_workflow.go (in progress)
