This PR fixes the Explorer debug table on mobile screens so the content is no longer cut off and users can scroll horizontally to view the hidden columns and link type tags.
Changes made
Added mobile-friendly horizontal scrolling for the Graph Debug table.
Kept the table layout from collapsing on small screens so the columns remain usable.
Updated the debug panel header styling slightly so it wraps better on smaller widths.
