💡 What: Added a prepareSearchIndex function that pre-calculates a _searchStr property (lowercased concatenation of title, description, category, and author) for each PDF object upon loading.
🎯 Why: The previous implementation performed repetitive toLowerCase() and .includes() operations on multiple fields for every item in the database on each keystroke, which could lead to performance degradation as the dataset grows.
📊 Impact: Reduces the complexity of the filter operation from O(N * 4 * string_length) to O(N * string_length) per search, improving responsiveness.
🔬 Measurement: Verified by checking that _searchStr is present on loaded data and that search functionality remains correct. The _searchStr property is non-enumerable to prevent bloating the localStorage cache.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 8482569187532649331 started by @MrAlokTech

- Introduce `prepareSearchIndex` function to cache lowercased search strings
- Make `_searchStr` non-enumerable to avoid bloating localStorage
- Update `loadPDFDatabase` to initialize index on load
- Update `renderPDFs` to use pre-calculated index
- Improves search performance from O(4*N) string ops to O(N) string ops per keystroke
