This is a minor change to the namelist files for EPSMWS and SternaMWR varobs nl files.
It adds varfieldcode 76 which is required for all sky running in Var.
I confirmed that this set up is identical to the namelists used in all sky trialling e.g. cylc work flow o-aa539
e.g. at /home/users/brett.candy/roses/o-aa539/etc
CTESTS for the two obstypes in opsinputs succeed with this change.
