- "Help with code quality control" needs some kind of explanation. What do we mean by that? Help how?
- Let's add a separate item for doing reviews, with a link to open PRs

I was trying to cover both QA and reviews. Without using the word "review". I'll add separate list items for these.

Just "Help develop", or at least "develop and debug" with "develop" being first. But better just "develop", debugging is part of it after all and in the section header it's a distraction

I am all for brevity. "Help develop" it is.
The wording on how to pick a task in CONTRIBUTING.md is a bit weak. A more focused message is needed to highlight the tasks that are available for people to work on.

Looks ok, but better push it in 10.6.
And coordinate with Ian, e.g. he wanted to remove the Q&A part altogether.
