ShuffleTest

Clone repo
Open terminal to repo.
In terminal (linux):
$ export FLASK_APP=main.py
$ flask run
Go to browser, type in 127.0.0.1:5000, or localhost:5000 in search bar
Follow instructions on test upload page for proper formatting
Shuffle those tests!
