This PR adds a chapter on the Slang shading language, similar to the one I did for HLSL. It's deliberately light on information and meant to inform people about Slang and give them so pointers as to where to go.

Note: We should ignore the CI failure. That's due to me linking to the samples Antora component. But as CI only builds the guide, this fails.
