Remove < 3.0 constraint on faraday-gzip since faraday-gzip < 3.0 enforces Ruby < 4, blocking installation on Ruby 4.0+. See upstream PR: JsonApiClient#416

faraday-gzipto 2.x versions disallows this gem's latest versions from being installed on Ruby 4.0, since old versions offaraday-gzipenforce Ruby < 4.0.
