Fix 43 typos found across 16 documentation files including READMEs, CHANGELOGs, issue templates, and technical documentation. No code changes — documentation only.

• Grammar/missing words (9): such networking → such as networking, I can be used → It can be used, This involving → This involved, singed-off → signed-off, etc.
• Wrong words (2): date → data, cost mode → cost model
• Formatting (2): version 0,2,3 → 0.2.3, stray # in heading
