Fix minor bugs for extreme cases:

Improved handling of initial bias given in growacq
Time limit in findscope was not taken into account
GenAcq fix for variable types
PQGen was not resetting partial in init_state
Ensure list of variables in findscope
Ensure correct number of features when a dimension does not exist for a given variable in the scope.
