A curated database of 5' and 3' untranslated sequences of eukaryotic mRNAs

This repository hosts main scripts to process and collect UTR annotations for UTRdb, a curated collection of 5’ and 3’ untraslated regions from eukaryotic mRNAs conmprising over 26 million entries from 573 species.
