Why VACUUM and/or optimize require exclusive database access #5

Hey, awesome work! While reviewing the code, I was wondering why optimize and VACUUM require exclusive database access as per stated in this section of the README.md. In particular, for VACUUM, I'm looking at the VACUUM page in the sqlite documentation and I can't find any mention of such limitation? Is it specific to sqlite-vec? 🙏
