[Feature]: Improve error when attempting to open channel with Blocktank via LNURL and liquidity limit is exceeded #2562
Description
Describe the problem
When attempting to create a new lightning channel for liquidity via LNURL using Blocktank widget, f you already have a lightning channel with Blocktank then it is possible to exceed the the 990EUR liquidity limit. In this scenario, the error seen is Unable To Open Channel (LNURL) Bitkit could not connect to Blocktank..
Describe the solution
Add a check for the liquidity limit and if the peer is Blocktank, and present a specific error message so the user knows to request a smaller channel or close their existing channel first.
