Maybe create a Snapcraft package of SQuirreL?

• I noticed at https://sourceforge.net/p/squirrel-sql/mailman/squirrel-sql-develop/thread/CALe33QCT5_dFMbEX__EyNVQmQ7sV%2B1Xf6%3DgzM6TGUHvmQEwWoA%40mail.gmail.com/#msg37223687 that someone had created a FlatPak package of SQuirreL and uploaded it to FlatHub.
• But https://flathub.org/apps/net.sourceforge.squirrel_sql looks to be out of maintenance.
• I wonder, considering that Snapcraft, Flatpak and AppImage are all types of container technologies, does SQuirreL allow creating Snapcrafts and uploading them to https://snapcraft.io/ ? I noticed that SQuirreL's update log often has entries about adapting to new versions of JDK. If we can create a Snapcraft package for SQuirreL, this will obviously effectively unify the JDK environment used by users and mitigate the impact of incompatibility issues caused by updating JDK.

The "Introduced Java ... compatibility" entries in our change log informs users that they have the option to use a newer JDK version. It does not mean that theses are required versions. The required Java versions of SQuirreL's change less often. Currently SQuirreL requires Java 11 which was released in 2018.
