Add live event smoke test suite for event-triggered key generation

Add a live smoke test suite to validate the event flow end to end against a deployed keyper set.

Includes:

• JSON-driven cases
• live go test runner
• deploy helper for EventPlayground
• README with env + run commands

This suite is for real RPC + running keyper set (not default test runs).

@konradkonrad I added the smoke test suite we discussed for end-to-end validation against a deployed Keyper set and an RPC. It can run against a live API and uses the endpoint flow (compile/register/get-key + on-chain event emission). I think we can easily expand the test case to cover more edge cases and and it makes it easier to test the whole flow and check for regressions also. README for more details.
