integrate obsidian-cli and create installer

1. i would love for the notes to get auto cataloged/stored in the right location for that user
2. thinking we will want/need some kind of quick bunx installer script for this one.. both to make it easy to install (e.g., check for the creds, if they dont have it the cli could work with the user by providing info on how to get the various api keys needed and an input not just a 'hey go put this in ur env export figure it out' we should still let people use the installer AND to ensure they have the right version, obsidian is started so the cli even does what it should do and not just open obsidian proper when run. also given the feature is in catalyst only and we need information from the user on their prferences (where something goes)
3. im sensing the increasing need for a central easy to edit config that will span cross projects (all my various clis). maybe there is some kind of global schema + monorepo for this stuff, but short term we can just have a for purpose shpit.toml that gets created in the ~/.config/opencode or even its own folder i dont care rn but it should be overrideable in ahigher up project

@shpit-agent - we need to split this issue into logical features and work with me to figure out the right solution.. keep it simple. im just braindumping, some of this is too much and too complicasted rn
