Given recent open-source supply chain attacks I will be removing old contributors

Given recent open-source supply-chain attacks, on tools like trivy and LiteLM, I will be removing all contributors that haven't contributed to cmd2 within the last couple years.

This is nothing personal and I mean no disrespect to our valued contributors. We just want to minimize any potential attack surface to the extent reasonably possible.
