As part of #934, I am adding fake word dotenvpath because one of the reviewers said that deferring file change to a separate PR would make to make review of #934 easier.
I would like to rename the file to _dotenv_path.py, rename the corresponding test file, fix up references to the file, and remove the fake word from the dictionary.
