Huge table towerserverdb_kv (postgres)

My towerserverdb_kv is huge! Can I clear it?

I sent the watchtower url to quite some users by now I think 👀 .

Hey @AbelLykens -
If you clear the DB, client's cannot rely on you to broadcast their justice transactions. So that is the issue with clearing it.

For the tower DB to shrink, it depends on the clients of the tower sending DeleteSession commands to the tower since only the client will be able to help the server identify which channels no longer need to be monitored
