need non-github place for presentations #2

Currently, presentations are checked into the Github docs folder:
https://github.com/hapi-server/hapi-server.github.io/tree/master/docs
The HAPI Community forum is generating more presentations, plus it would be good to capture peoples slides from various talks.
Presentations don't belong in a code repo, so we need some kind of external docs areas -- something like Google docs or maybe its time to start renting a virtual server or pay for an official hosting service where we could put things. It would need someone to maintain it.
