Implementation ideas

Atlas currently functions as a generic EVM block explorer. It lacks features specific to L2 rollups,
such as:

• Data Availability (DA) inclusion status
• Sequencer details
• Gas fee breakdowns (L1 vs L2 costs)

Potential approach:
Use https://github.com/evstack/ev-metrics as a data source for L2-specific metrics.
