add support for new version of hdf5 2 functions

Some of hdf5 functions has new versions. e.g. H5Dread_chunk was renamed to H5Dread_chunk1 and the new function with an additional parameter is called H5Dread_chunk1=H5Dread_chunk There is much more functions. We need to check them . One can find them in src/*deprec.c of https://github.com/HDFGroup/hdf5
