Support for sqlglot 28?

sqlglot 28 exists. It would be nice to be able to use it with mycli, but mycli is pinned to sqlglot 27.*:

mycli/pyproject.toml

"sqlglot[rs] == 27.*",

(I noticed this because the nixpkgs mycli build is broken since we upgraded to sqlglot 28)

Thanks! Fixing in #1698. Can you PR to our README.md, or paste here, how to install mycli with nixpkgs?
