Add a mechanism to specify logging preferences #59
Description
This needs to be equivalent to using options.SetLoggingPreference(LogType.Browser, LogLevel) on the options.
It has to be added manually because the options object doesn't have a property for this natively, only the SetLoggingPreference method.
