[FEAT] Support multiple Bluetooth adapters

Describe the issue
Currently only uses the first Bluetooth adapter found. Should support selecting a specific adapter.

On my Fedora KDE Hyperland system, only Wi-Fi is detected; nothing is shown for Bluetooth, even though it's active. Even bluetoothctl show returns a controller with Powered: yes.

You'll need to make sure BlueZ is installed and running on your machine. You might also need to pair the device first to your machine, nmrs does not handle device pairing via BlueZ.

Thanks for clarifying. I was specifically referring to the GUI behavior (nmrs-gui), not the backend API. Bluetooth appears to be available in the nmrs API, but not yet rendered as a dedicated section in the GUI. I can contribute a patch for that if helpful.

Yep, after I put my full focus on the bindings, the GUI frankly lost some of my attention. This is the case for VPN as well; we have pretty decent WireGuard support now but the GUI lacks the integration of this.

I can contribute a patch for that if helpful.

I am more than open to this! I've been writing some notes on what to expand upon now that I've got some time on my hands and on my list right now is OpenVPN support, Bridge and VLAN device support. As you can see, nothing for the GUI 😅 Working with glib/gtk is not the funnest experience so any efforts on that front are very much appreciated!
