Batch Action CheckAll with Limit over Entries

There is a Problem with the "CheckAll" Function

It only Works if the Entry Limit is lower than the amount of entries on the table. Otherwise there is a error in the stimulus controller:

I also believe that the dropdown to select the page limit should not dissapear only because the limit is higher than the amount of entries. Either it is Paginated or it is not.

Although I'm not directly affected personally, I've noticed there's an issue with the "CheckAll" function when the entry limit exceeds the number of entries – it crashes. It's important that this gets fixed!
