NavigableTerminalEmulator hangs on Start

When VteSharp reports terminal size 1x1, Calibrate is being called indefinitely. Resizing helps.

I have made a temporary solution, which seems feasible - it will crash after some defined time. Better than a hang.

This should be closed, but I've tried to run it via ssh and AntShell inevitably crashes. Investigate if timeout should be longer or if it crashes despite the timeout.
