When creating a new feature flag the types should be explained

Describe the feature request

When hovering over a feature flag type it should show it's description as new users won't know what those short names mean and even long time users wouldn't mind a reminder IMHO :)

But, it can also be a tooltip like this:

As a new user you don't know what the types can be and it requires some digging to understand what each one means.

Looking at the types maybe it would make sense to add more info? 🤔

Solution suggestions

I think that the tooltip would be best, but didn't test it so I may be wrong. Maybe a different type of UI may be need.
