more accurate selection

When I select several zones, I want to narrow the generation to fit only that mask (for example, I want to generate a cat within 3 zones that I have selected, but which are too wide) Is this possible?

I found the way creating a clean mask (everything in black) and then, selecting inpainting mask. Also I had to test different inpaint models, no all works properly.
