[Feature Request] Make table columns re-orderable using the interface (NEW)

This is an update to [Feature Request] Make table columns re-orderable using the interface #376 from 5 years ago.

We could use a better implementation of this feature. It doesn't work at all for PostgresSQL

Currenly, PostgreSQL doesn't support changing ordinal position"

So it would be better to have the UI remember the last order and reuse that the next time the table loads.
It would also be good to have it save named versions, export them, and be able to import them into other copies of the database. These are the kinds of things I am looking for when purchasing a new database UI like TablePlus.

Hi @gwc4github you can drag the column on the data view (not the structure) and the app will remember its positions (as you said).
